Troy and team came sharp at 9am as scheduled and plan the moving items with us. He was very professional, did a few double checking to ensure our stuff are packed. The team was very fast and precise. Troy had a problem on hand as to how to transport my wine chiller. He was creative and inserted a cardboard into the chiller to prevent it from knocking. They completed within 30mins of my whole house…..pack into their truck and transported to my new plc…Reaching my new place, though they need to push a distance, they were very fast as well…it was amazing!

Brilliant work end-to-end – the team was very swift and clear in responding, was timely in co-ordination and ensured our things are protected during the move when it was raining. Moving is a very stressful event, but the team was very reassuring, patient and calm. Highly recommended!

Thank you for making our move feel easier! The team was easy to work with. They were quick and yet very good with packing our things. While unloading the boxes and furniture were kept in their respective rooms. They are very quick with any queries on WhatsApp as well. Long overdue review. Joy movers are a joy to work with. They provide quotation very fast, fill up the necessary condo management form fast. Their movers are extra careful when it comes to moving your things. I got the earliest slot and they help me soonest. I can’t ask for more.

The movers were punctual and responsive. I had an issue of being unable to move my sofa up to my apartment as the lift could not fit it and they offered solutions which ended up with us taking the stairs. They were patient and accommodating throughout and sympathised with the situation together with Hazel, the manager on the phone, who was attentive and tried to sort it out despite it being after office hours on a Friday. They managed to solve it through some intricate and difficult flipping in the stairwells and I must commend them on how helpful they were. Very reasonable pricing as well. We appointed Joy Movers for helping us move end of October 2023 based on a referral from one of my friends. Ben with whom I interacted for the pricing and contracting was very courteous, professional and responsive. The three movers (sorry do not know the names) on the moving day were very polite, skilful, and helpful. They did a very good job with the move which included dismantling and assembling beds and sofa. They were careful with our stuff and equipments as well. We were very happy with their service and will be recommending them to our other friends as well. We highly recommend them!!

Wonderful moving experience. Arrangement was easy to make via WhatsApp. The boxes were delivered to us earlier for our packing. Movers arrived right on time and were super fast and efficient. They were all experienced and careful.

Though we pay slightly more, but worth it for a peace of mind. Nothing was misplaced or spoiled during the process. We could not account for 1 missing carton and they did not charge us for it as they thought it might be due to their movers. Love it that they gave us the benefit of doubt. I contact Hazel from Joy Movers back on 9.9.2023 to enquire re quotation for my move, very simple – just sent her pics of the bulky items etc. They sent the empty boxes a few days later. I did 2 batches move – 02.01.2024 vintage antique furnitures, bulky items, my vintage marble top table and a huge mirror, which were all well protected,/ transported/ delivered and set up for me. Actual moving day 05.01.2024 everything went so smoothly despite the slight rain. Their two different teams of movers done for both days were excellent, very professional. The team from Joy Movers are superb, very professional, very friendly and polite. Hazel has been such a joy to communicate with. From enquiry to on-site survey to actual day moving, the flow is flawless with no single hiccups even thou moving day is a heavy rainy day. Excellent Hazel who responded to all questions big and small with patience and took lots of initiative to remind us to apply for permits from both condo. Chaps worked hard and despite changes to the location to unload, they worked without complaining. Thanks for making our move a joy. Very Prompt in picking up the boxes and returning my deposit. 👍🏼🙏🏼

Absolutely a pleasure working with them. They were on-time, quick and efficient!

We were under a lot of time pressure as condo’s only allow move-ins until 1pm. They managed to move 3.5 truck loads in the time period. Their service is very efficient and professional. The price was also very decent. They can also assist with dismantling and re-assembling of furniture (at a cost).

Please note that the team is composed of mostly Chinese-speaking workers, as such some patience is needed to properly instruct. However the boss on site can speak english.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. They were very responsive on WhatsApp and the 3 guys who came to move my furniture took great care to make sure they weren’t damage. I was moving from a walk up apartment to another, and had extra items to move beyond what I had told them initially. They were super obliging and helpful – refused to charge extra, refused to let me carry even small items on my own, and refused a tip despite me telling them I should tip because climbing stairs is no joke. Would definitely recommend them!

We engaged Joy Movers & Logistics for moving and storage services (for 3 months plus) as our new place are not ready yet. And later when we need to rush for the moving to our new place, they are very helpful and accommodating to our requested date. Both trips to move out and move in are serviced by their lead, Troy who are superbly helpful. He and his team are efficient to move our things and protect our fragile and odd stuff extremely well. Also, my new place are still under renovation and not all area can be used. He patiently trying to understand the situation and help us to plan where to placed our boxes pull from warehouse. And they even help me to configure our old L-shape sofa to the other side due to different layout in new home. Save me a cost to engage handyman to do it. Excellent customer service and extremely happy with Troy and his team help.

Excellent service provided by Troy and team. On time and efficient. I was moving to a 4 storey walk up apartment and they did everything within three hour. Including disassemble and assemble a storage bed frame. They were also very accommodating and responsive to last minute requests. Highly highly recommend!
